The purpose of plastic bakery bags is to preserve the freshness of various types of bread and confectionery. Polypropylene(CPP, BOPP) and polyethylene(LDPE) have different protective properties and are used depending on the baked product being packaged. Depending on the type of packaging chosen, moisture is prevented from entering the bread or is allowed to evaporate to keep the bread fresh and of good quality for longer.
